A choice of learning opportunities at a variety of times and places
Learning which takes place in safe and accessible premises
Accurate and impartial advice or referral on opportunities for learning, training and work both within this service and with other providers
Receive any appropriate additional learning support
Help with developing the literacy, language, numeracy and/or ICT skills needed for the course
A high standard of teaching from staff who understand the individual needs and abilities of adult learners
Learn in an environment free from bias and discrimination and be treated with respect and equity
Opportunities to comment on the service provided, including access to a prompt and responsive complaints procedure
