Lancashire Youth Offending Team
Catherine Witt and the Senior Management Team are fully committed to achieving and maintaining the Investors in People.
LYOT has maintained its IiP Status and this section has been developed to support the LYOT 's bid to achieve Investors in People Re-accreditation.The Lancashire Youth Offending Team will be re-assessed for continued Investors in People accreditation within the next year (January 2007) on the belief of improving standards continuously.
This will involve an external assessor who will meet up with around 30 randomly selected members of staff and volunteers for a chat either on a one-to-one or in a group setting. These meetings will be strictly confidential and based around you and your perceptions of, for example, training and development, the PDR process, communication, and overall objectives of LYOT .
