Calculate the Residential Developer Contribution

Please enter data as completely as possible. The more detail you can provide the more accurate and appropriate the calculations will be. Please note that this facility is provided to be indicative of costs only. It is not intended to be a definitive determination of what costs may be required. You should ensure you discuss your requriements with a Planning Officer before making any financial committments. You may find it useful to read the description of the way development costs are calculated before completing the calculations.

If you do not know the number of dwellings you intend to have on your site you can still get an estimate of your contribution based on the site area in Hectares alone.

If your development is within a principal urban area, main town, or key service centre the calculations are done differently. Please make sure you uncheck the box on the form below if your site is not in one of these areas. You can view a map or settlement list to help decide if your site is in one of these areas.

Contributions will not normally be sought for developments under 10 dwellings.
