We aim to provide an excellent service that is responsive to our customers'
needs and expectations. The CIC Network was one of the first services in the
County Council to receive a Charter Mark Award; and in December 2000 the Network
received the award for a second time. This is a tribute to the hard work and
dedication of both management and staff, and once again demonstrated our commitment
to provide our customers with the highest standards of service possible. Our
staff and customers value the recognition of good service and we are proud to
prominently display the Charter Mark Logo as a mark of high quality. 2004 will
see the service re-apply for the Charter Mark for a third time and will reflect
the changes that have taken place since the last award

Our Aims
We Aim To:-
We are committed to providing the highest quality service in the most cost effective manner with the service currently costing approximately 65p per visitor.
We are the only non-emergency County Council service which opens its doors
to the public six days a week and in some areas Bank Holidays.
We pride ourselves on being a listening service that not only asks for, but also responds to users' views.
We offer you a chance to have your say on how we deliver our service and what improvements we can make - see our feedback form . You can also become a member of any one of our User Groups simply by dropping into your nearest CIC and speaking to a member of staff, or by registering your interest by contacting us on-line.
