“A panel of young judges from across Lancashire came together on the 23 ^rd May in the nail-biting conclusion to this year’s book award.  The winner they selected was Tim Lott for his first book for young people, “ Fearless ”.  The award will be presented at an award ceremony at County Hall on 21 ^st June”.
