Members of the Research and Intelligence Team make a small number of presentations each year to audiences with an interest in the Lancashire economy.
The document offered for download here is a presentation that was made to a group of overseas visitors who wanted to know how the Lancashire economy compared with the rest of the country, and what was being done to address the economic issues facing the county.
The presentation includes a very brief 'taster' of the economic history of the county and some of the important current issues. The Area Profiles and Research Monitors contain the main wealth of data, information and analysis that is available to explain in more detail the issues highlighted in this presentation.
Right-click on the icon and choose 'Save Target As...' to download in PDF format the July 2008 version of the presentation Economic Change in Lancashire .
