The State of Lancashire Report
A Wide-Ranging Synopsis of the County

This State of Lancashire report forms an integral part of the Ambition Lancashire Community Strategy and the Lancashire Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (Health and Wellbeing) . It primarily takes the form of a highly detailed SWOT analysis that has been classified according to the 13 'Ambitions' identified in the Community Strategy. The analysis incorporates a vast number of embedded links to relevant areas of the Lancashire Profile site as well as to supporting analysis and general information provided by other organisations across the sub-region.

This piece of work is updated on a very regular basis as and when new information becomes available. It provides an unrivalled explanation of the important economic, social and environmental factors that have helped and continue to shape Lancashire.
